Does anyone here work as a Registered Nurse First Assist or a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist? I want to pursue one of these paths, but I have questions about job availability in Lexington, KY.

I am a critical care nurse with 1 year peds experience and 2 years adult, and I have my CCRN certification. I've always dreamed of working in the OR and going to school to be an RNFA, but have had a hard time getting an OR job. I've also played with the idea of going to CRNA school, but mainly because of the job availability and the higher salary.
