RN license change from VT to Newyork

Hi all,

i got my RN license in Vermont and now i want to change my RN license to New york.i got my CGFNS from out side US and studied my BSN in India.

for change the license they need credential verification for the CGFNS because i got CGFNS, in India.what are the steps i have to take for change the license to New york.if any has similar experience please help me .how long it take to change the license. waiting for the valuable tips from you
