Unhappy Quit 1st job after 11 wks.,need resume help

Hello,
I just resigned from my first nursing job after 11 weeks. It was a difficult decision to make. I had 1 more week of orientation left, so I was still with a preceptor at the time of my resignation. There are several reasons why the unit didn't work out for me, but I don't want to give up on hospital nursing yet.

My question is, do I include this on my resume? I'm worried I won't even get an interview with this on my record! I know honesty is the best policy, but I feel like it will hurt my chances of getting the job I want. Maybe I should just mention it in the cover letter, but not on the resume itself?

Has anyone ever been in this situation? What did you do?
Thanks for your help!
