Pregnant on Oncology Unit

I have recently just accepted a job on an oncology floor and just found out I am pregnant, oh yeah I'm also a new grad and my orient will start when I am about 16 weeks. SHould i tell employer? I know I can't work with chemo patients but what is left to do on this floor? Help please!!
