Patient care Associate Program???

Just wondering if anyone has been thru the PCA program at any of the Tenn Tech Ctrs, and if so, was it worth it, easy to find a job afterwards? They recommended me take it b4 the nursing program, I suppose to prove to myself and them I can do it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
