Ive posted on here previously that I am interested in going into nursing

I will be getting another degree and changing careers. I was wondering what are the procedures to shadow a nurse? (What do I ask if I want to shadow and whom do I call)
I want to make sure this is what I want to do before I begin applying
Do you find that shadowing is helpful? I just have sooo many questions about nursing
I want to eventually go into higher ed and teach

I see hospitals have Volunteer Services but Im unsure if that is whom I call

Good luck shadowing. A lot of places wont allow it due to HIPPA and patient confidentiality.
