hi all! I interviewed for an internship and I was called to come in and Shadow on Monday. I'm guessing this is a form of second interview? I want to know if anyone has ever had the same experience and what was expected of you. If this is all that is standing between me and this position I don't want to blow it. Thanks....A LOT!!!!!

Usually when you job shadow, you will be following around another employee in the same position you hope to get. Yes, it is indeed like a second interview, so:

1. Dress profesionally. Leave any personal belongings at home or in your car.
2. Act professionally: ask appropriate questions. Don't badmouth anything.
