NCLEX Approval from State Board

Madam,

My Wife failed for the 3rd time even after taking the Kaplan course. Now she is doing a course in an institute in India, and in order to get approval from Vermont state board, they are requesting for final evaluation results of the practise tests. we are not able to provide those documents. With out ATT, we cannot go forward writing the nclex exam.

Any help appreciated.
