Moving from Canada to the States

Hi!
I`ve been thinking a lot about moving down south. I`m a RN with almost 2 years of experience in the Oncology field. I would like to know the steps required for the transition. I`m thinking Florida right now. If someone had a similar experience I would appreciate sharing it. Thank you!
