Job Issues - Looking for a job - no experience

I'm a nursing student and I was wondering...
Is it hard for a RN to find a job after graduation? (I have no experience in the field)
I know that there is a nursing shortage, but...are hospitals easily hiring RNs with no experience?
Thanks.
