Looking info on International scholarship for Enrolled nurse in Australia

Hi, friends

I am thinking of work in Australia as a permanent Enrolled nurse.
currently i had Assistant nurse diploma of my country but i don't think my diploma is eligible according to the Australian Standard, so i am looking for information on colleges or institutions that offer such like my case or any info where to search.
