Life changing question

I have been nursing for just about 6 years. I have worked at UCLA in the Trauma ICU and I currently work in the ICU in ST. Francis in New Jersey. I am really considering moving to North Charleston S.C. and I really would like to know some pros and cons about working down there. What the avereage pay scale isand if I should up root my 2 kids from thier lives? If anyone knows anything please chime in. Thank you.
