All depends on where u live. In nj, it is 23 per hour. however, u get less if u are not vent certified and trach certified. also u may want to reconsider your choice given that very few, if any offer health benefits and sick days, time and a half for working holidays, and even time and a half for doing overtime is a joke because---there are no sick,personal,holidays,etc and if your client is in the hospital, you dont get paid for those days either. but, if u get your own medicaid number and work for yourself instead of an agency that might be better.
