Help: Which hospital? CentralJerseyRN

Help!

I just relocated to Central Jersey - Middlesex County. And looking for advice from somebody who knows which hospitals are good to their nurses - decent staffing ratios, working conditions, etc. And if not Moddlesex, then which Hospitals in other counties in New Jersey should I look into?

PLease, help!

Hackensack is the best, hands down. However, that might be a little bit of a hike for you. Morristown (Atlantic Health Systems) is also very good. Saint Barnabas is the largest healthcare system in NJ and it was pretty good benefits and a decent reputation.

Thank you so very much for your reply. I will apply there, and hopefully will get a position in one of these hospitals. I would not hesitate to commute if the job is worth it.

Thank you again.
