I am trying to return to nursing after being out of the field for over 7 years. I'm filling out apps and having difficulty with the salary area and 1 nurse managers name which I think I remember. What to do if you can't remember salaries?????

Do you mean that you cannot remember the salaries of your past employment? If so, can you check on old tax copies. That is, if you still have them. I have them going back to 1999. I know that you only need to save them for 3 years, but I am not good at cleaning out my files. lol
