Graduated 9/05 will take NCLEX 2/05, worry about job hunting

Hi all,

I have recently found this website and have found it to be very useful. After going through the many posts in this forum I am starting to feel very concern about finding a job (I am sure this apply to many of the new grads out there). I have heard so many conflicted opinions from just about everyone regarding job hunting. All this stress is not helping me because I am currently studying for the NCLEX. Maybe some of you can give me some advice to how I should go about finding the right first job to start my nursing career after I pass my NCLEX (that is if I pass-notice the lack of confidence but that is another posting). My interest are in L&D and NICU, but is it true that I need experience to go into either one? And for those that are currently working in L&D or NICU do you think that it is too difficult for a new grad to handle? I know for certain I will hate med/surg if that is what I will be stuck with.

I appreciate any feedbacks/advices. thanks in advance
