genetic nurse?

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to find out more about genetic nursing for some time, and it has been difficult. I have found a lot information via isong and such, but wanted to see if there were nurses out there who know anything about this field, or better yet work in genetics?

I have not been able to find much out there as far as what options are within genetics...
Can anyone offer any information or advice?
