Hi,
I am in my last semester and beginning my interview process. My situation is this: I have submitted applications and resumes to my top three hospitals. All hospitals are hiring and filling up their GN positions fast. I have been called by one hospital for an interview, which is in the a.m. My first choice is conducting interviews at the end of the month. However, I have not been called yet. When do most of the NM call for the interview? I am worried about interviewing with the hospital in the a.m. and them offering me a position that I do not feel I am ready to commit to? How long should I hold out waiting to be contacted by #1 and #2 hospital? HR people are soooo difficult to get ahold of. I have felt like I have to chase them to get in touch with them. This is very frustrating. Do you call and question when they will be calling for interviews? HELP!!
