I've gotten some great jobs offers from major city hospitals. Would this be appropriate to put on a resume? has anyone ever done this?

If you've gotten some great job offers then I presume that you are in the process of accepting one of them.

No, you don't put offers on your resume. A resume is a presentation of employment experience, education, skills and what you "bring to the table" of a potential employer.

A resume is to get an interveiw, not the job, so no I would not put that on the resume, nor would I even mention them.

I agree. In my management days, if I had received a resume with job offers listed, I would have filed it, assuming that the candidate already had job offers and didn't need another one from me.

No, this is not appropriate...it may come across as bragging and a job offer is not considered experience.
