Difficulty finding work?

I have been checking out posts recently and it seems that some people have been having trouble finding jobs? Isn't there a nurse shortage? I want to come and work in the US in two years time, by then I'll be a 4th year RN, do you think I'll have trouble finding work? Or is it only certain areas that its difficult to find a job?

Difficult? It's like any other job hunting process. The job search strategy has a great importance. Some find a job in two week's time, some don't find it even after 6 months and get frustrated and lose hope. It's all about the technique you approach. I've always went well with classifieds for example.
