I have been a RN for 20 years. The last 15 have been pediatrics with the last 10 being telephone triage. Prior to this I have been in urgent care(peds) home health, cardiac, stepdown floors, peds and floated in a large hospital. My last job was with the same hospital for 15 years in between I worked at another hospital floating thats why I have such a broad experience. I am trying to get into insurance for day hours. Telephonic disease management or case management or UR is what I hope to do. I am not at the age or point in my life where I am going to go back to direct nursing care. Any advice how to show my resume. I think I have a pretty good resume and I do try to fine tune it for the job I am applying for. Also I do interview well if I can get my foot into the door.

Re: Changing

Well this is great. I have an interview next week. A company I have been talking to since Dec. now has 3 openings I could be qualified for. Plus another peds hospital has called me back since I have a paralegal certificate also. Maybe things will start happening!
