Hello All,

I just recieved my C.N.A. certification. I went on three job interviews. The "first" interview went will, I was told to look for a call after my references was checked. The "second" interview went good too, again I was told the same thing. And, the "third" job interview the same thing as well.

How do you pick the best job offer.

I decided to take the position which had the highest hourly pay (the first interview). Looking forward to starting.
