Nurses talk about the value of ANCC certification.

Noreen Brennan, MA, RN,BC, CNA, likes a challenge and believes in lifelong learning. That’s what motivated her to become certified in medical–surgical nursing as soon as she had two years of experience under her belt—a requirement for taking most of the 37 certification examinations the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) offers every year.
