Hello everyone! I'm a new graduate of BS nursing..Batch 2007..I'm not yet employed as a nurse.I'm having this problem..I'm anxious in working in the hospital because of fear in committing mistakes..I really don't know how to get over with this fear..Also staff nurses in hospital sometimes eat their young..I love nursing..It's just that during my stay in college of nursing I was not exposed to toxic patient in everything..I'm having this dilemma if would be a good nurse..Please me advice everyone who's here..Thanks in advance..
