Do you find RN's with a degree in another field (social work, sociology, psychology etc.) are treated differently in the workplace? I'm not trying to start a debate on which is better. I just want to know if you find any differences in salary or promotion?

Re: ADN with a BS

In some places, the distinction is made. In other places, it is not.

Re: ADN with a BS

The only time I've ever heard of a distinction being made (and it's the exception, not the rule) is between a BSN and an ADN, not between another BS and an ADN.
