protochol for calling 911 for seizure in icf

can anyone help me with finding some established facillity(icf) policies or standing orders r/t seizures and ie when to call 911. example if seizure lasts over 5 min. or if more than 2 seizures within --- min call 911....no written policies can be foud for a guide. most md's will not be that speciific. really appreciate input...hope i can get back to this site
