This has been brought up before, but the most recent posts I could find were dated 2007. I was just wondering what your (any nurses out there) take/opinion was on the different care plan delivery models out there? I'm a nursing student doing some research on what is really out there and what you guys think about it.
Look forward to hearing back from you. And I'm really looking forward to reading more posts and forums. There's so much on here - it'll take days to read through everything, but I am thankful for this site. I think it's the best one out there for us.
