Inf. Disease interview

HI
I am graduating from a ADN RN school in May. I have a interview with a nurse manager on a infectious disease floor. What specific questions would be good to ask.
Thanks

Well, it sounds as if this is a M/S floor with an ID focus. You might ask about resources available to patients, as those with chronic ID may need more resources than the average Med Surg patient.
You may also want to find out what are the main diseases of the floor, etc..
And of course basic questions: Nurse patient ratio, dress code expectations, Is the floor able to retain experienced preceptors?? That sort of thing.
