World wide Nursing statistics

Hi All,

I have spent the last 3 hours on the internet searching out some stats.

I am still looking for some and thought that a number of you couold help me.

I need to find numbers for
LVN/LPN's in the US
Nursing/Medical assistants in US
Nursing students in US
Enrolled nurses in Australia & NZ
Nursing assistants/auxillaries in Australia & NZ
Nursing students in OZ & NZ
LPN's in Philippines
Nursing Students in Phillipines
Nursing assistants in Philipinnes

Hi,

Have you tried looking at the bureau of labor stats, here is the link:

http://www.bls.gov/

This site should helping in obtaining stats for the United States. Maybe other countries have similar web sites.

I believe the federal stats will be older than the ones for each state. Each of those licensing boards will have information. Depends how accurate you want to be.
