Worksheet for Transplants

I am new on this site. I came looking specifically for worksheets. I am a new LPN and I took a job on a transplant unit. Which I enjoy quite a bit. Yet, I have made up 3 or 4 worksheets that just always miss something. Any more ideas? Thank you!

What kind of transplant and what kind of worksheet? Are you looking for pathways?

I work on a transplant floor. We do all types and I have made up 3-4 worksheets, but they are always mising something. I thought I would look at the ones on this site and add stuff to mine... we'll have to see how this works out. Transplant patients are complicated, so much to assess and remember. My sheet has to be so detailed...

I can get a copy of our nursing pathways. I think I have a copy of the LK, kidney, liver and KP pathways. The liver and LK are usually initiated in the ICU. I am not sure what you mean by worksheets. I have not noticed the nurses on the floor using any specific worksheet but I really don't pay attention to how they chart.
