DO any of you work for a hospital that has been designated as "Baby-Friendly" by the World Health Organization? If so, how did the program get started?

Actually, how do you bring about change in a hospital at all?

Contact the WHO and they will have a listing of the hospitals that are certified with them, they also may give you info on getting on started where you are. They are very helpful when it comes to information. I have a few friends that work for WHO so if you dont get any feed back let me know.
