What should I bring to Thailand?

I'm heading over to Thailand to nurse for a few weeks and I'm collecting supplies to bring. Thus far I have told staff to put clean, unused:

1) gauze
2) forceps, scissors
3) dressing supplies
4) drapes

Am I missing anything? Thanks!
