I like it better the old way.

No, it isn't just yours. Mine is the same way.

I'm feeling very disconnected right now.....kind of lost. I like the home page the way it has been the past few weeks.

My guess is that they are doing some of the upgrading right now (this usually isn't a very high-traffic time) and this is (I'm hoping) temporary!

To me, this looks cleaner, not so cluttered.

I like it better the old way when the latest responded and posted threads were on the home page. It looks funny now and I have to look under forums, I can't just hit home, I sure hope this is temporary!

Yeah I know. Look under forums and click on Last 24 hours. That shows the threads that have been responded to last. (I think)

Maybe, but the home page isn't updating -- the same threads have been on it for hours -- it's quite irritating!

I checked the website update page a while ago, and there wasn't anything about it.

The web site is being all updated and spring cleaned. So everything should run smoothly and quicker. I keep getting lost too but hopefully we should all find our way around again soon

Ok..I came back after more changes were made...it's very difficult to navigate, and if I saw the board for the first time with the new layout, it's hard to figure out what to do and where to go without clicking things randomly.

I kind of like it. The news items first give it more of a sense of seriousness and professionalism.

I never liked getting clobbered with titles like
"Nurses are pathetic"
or
"a dr yelled at me"

er, sorry, couldn't resist - I certainly need to vent at times and love this site for all it's pros and cons

but I do like the news clips first
