I just passed my ARRT(American Registry of Radiologic Technologist) licensing exam and wondering if anyone knows what are the best hospitals to work for in the NYC area in terms of pay and benefits, and what I should look for in terms of finding employment as a new health care professional. If you have any links to sites that might be helpful, pls do post them here!! Thanks!! ;-)

I noticed US News & World Reports puts out the Best Hospitals, but I'm not sure that just cuz it's the best hospital, if that means it's the best hospital to work for. Thanks for your input on the other thread I just recently posted on wearing scrubs outside of the hospital, it will influence my decisions!
