Ward 57 Walter Reed

by JBudd Premium Member

Heard about this on the radio the other day: Ward 57 is the long term care ward at Walter Reed, for soldiers, many amputees. The ward didn't have a lot on it for the guys, until some volunteers started getting things together for them, started by the wife of a (soldier) nurse, who was later a patient at Walter Reed.

These guys can use all the support we can give! No matter what you think about the politics or the war that put them there, these guys have given just about everything for our country.
