[Apple Core]

Hi Everyone, I am new to this site and am seeking help. In October 2007 I took on a new position of Senior Educator - Nursing in our Staff Development and Education Department. I was recently given the task of revamping our RN Residency program. I would like to incorporate team building, leadership, and delegation case studies/exercises. Does anyone have any that is geared towards nursing? Everything I have found is either business focused or too general and when I've tried to change its focus it either doesn't really fit or is not possible. I would appreciate any help, thank you.
