Smile Re: STAR interview questions

Google Behavioral interview questions. Several sites will come up, including STAR. That's what I did, when my boss told me that she wanted me conduct a behavioral interview for a new applicant. There were dozens of questions, some that even explained the rationale for asking. It was a tremendous help to me. I guess the whole premise is that the best predictor of future behavior, is past behavior, instead of hypothetical questions with textbook answers.
Good Luck!
