I am in the MSN program. I am currently taking Nursing Research and am having trouble deciding on a research proposal topic. I work in the ICU setting. Does any body know of any good sites that list some good topic ideas?

I would probably keep the research related to your current work setting. Keep in mind it's just a proposal so you may come up with something that may not have many research articles published. I recently completed similar class and I also work/worked in an ICU setting. My research proposal focused on drug errors and hours worked in a work week specific to the ICU setting. Tons of published research material in that area. I'm sure your using OVID or CINAHL to conduct your literature research. Keep it simple and don't make the research proposal more complicated than it has to be. Good luck.
