I'm going to pick the crevices of my somewhat astute brain to conjure up an answer to this query.

Common sense would dictate that the most populated metropolitan areas tend to have the most nurses and hospitals. Therefore, look to New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and the other most populous American cities for a multitude of nurses and hospitals.

Again, this is only a conjecture. . .
