I had this posted in the Washington State forum, however, I received no responses.
I graduated just a few weeks ago, and my brother surprised me with my mother's nursing cape! We knew mom to have graduated from Seattle University in 1953(ish), however, the cape, with her initials sewn to the inside, have embroidered on one side of the collar "PH" and the "CN" on the other side. The CN, I'm sure stands for College of Nursing, but we are stumped as to PH........Can anyone help me out? We are certain she attended here in Washington, then went onto University of Minnesota for her Nurse Anesthesist degree.
Providence Hospital , the hospital the College was affiliated with. Got it from the Seattle University website ; find College of Nursing, then click on History.
