Many of my nursing friends have discussed the risk in performing their jobs. There is so much liability, issues with peer review, the Nurse Practice Act, Healthcare law, etc. Does your hospital "educate" you on your risk of liability? If not, do you have these same concerns, and do you know where you can find infomation or classes seminars on this? thank you.
