Hello all,
well, I had to choose 'none of the above' because you didnt include things such as "eat several hershey kisses while reading the posts" or "have two double-stuf oreos as an elegant appetizer" before dinner tonight. I AM hoping to improve my personal situation though, just have to keep the motivation going (just like everyone else)
I have been a lurker of sorts on the boards for a while, and I love the different personalities, and how supportive everyone is. I like how Mario speaks of himself in the third person, LOL, and I especially note the people from Pittsburgh (yea!)...I am from West Mifflin.
Anyway, I digress....
Best regards to all,
Nancy

I hate organic food. I think it's wierd people assume organic or vegetarian automatically means healthy. It can be very difficult for a vegetarian to get a balanced diet without knowledge and planning. I just eat regular food and try to avoid junk...

Have a magnet on my fridge it sez...Eat right, exercise regularly, die anyway! I figure running up and down those looooooong
halls is plenty for me...I used to exercise daily to the point where I was what you call obsessed with it, went dancin' at the discos almost every night...and weighed 102 lbs. Oh those single days...
never stopped! After two kids, working nights and never getting enough sleep, eating what I can, when I can...I've "blossomed!"
Life gets hectic, so does the waistline. It's never too late though to start a healthy regime!

I don't mean vegetarians can't be healthy. I just mean non-meat eaters have to do planning in order to make sure they meet their nutrient requirements. I could be a vegetarian and eat nothing but cheetos and coke....Wait...maybe I am a vegetarian

I didn't notice "hospital-acquired" apple juice and graham crackers as a choice...

I am sorry I like meat and will continue to have it in my diet. I hate depriving myself of great cuisine. I am starting to exercise and I do feel better. I don't smoke or drink. organic seems so trendy to me. Whatever happen to a good home cooke realistic meal instead of green crappy juices yeck!
