What does a nurse consultant do, and why would my LTC facility have to hire one?

There is no regulation that says you HAVE to hire a Nurse Consultant for an LTC....it's just that they CAN be quite useful!!!!

I am an x-DON and an x-Surveyor.....and now a Nurse Consultant....we can be alot of help IF WE KNOW what were doing.
