Salary Info - New Grad needing advice

I have just finished my BSN and am trying to find comparative pay scales for NV (las Vegas) & Southern California (San Diego, Orange County, & LA). Also, if anyone knows the mean sign-on bonus for each state would be beneficial. I'm trying to decide which is gonna be a better move.

Any information will help.
Thanks!

Re: New Grad needing advice

I am betting there is a lot of variety even within states. Salaries are generally market-generated. So whatever area you are considering - that is the one where you do comparisons.

There's alot to compare. What areas are you leaning towards. You have to compare not only salary..but cost of living as well.
