need help with drug calc

giving mag. sulfate 2gm per hour. IV bag is 40gm of mag in 1000ml, how many ml per hour?

40 gm: 1000 = 2 gm : x ml

no its 40 gram in one liter. I think its fifty mls but i'm not sure.
