My deepest sympathies to you, we lost someone very suddenly just recently and I know that it is so hard for the loved ones, my prayers for you and sister's family.

It's not enough but I am so very sorry too.

Please do not beat yourself up for not physically being there, your sister will know that you were there in spirit for every single breath.

Hugs and prayers to you and your family, this must be very hard on all of you.

My thoughts are with you and your family.

Do what is best for you at this time, your sister loves you and understands.
Things like this are WAY different when it's family vs. a patient.
