I also like the 'ring' produced by:
Bronchiectasis (except when it occurs, of course)
Sanguineous (when used to describe certain drainage)
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (it took me forever to learn how to run that one all together)
Obstipation (kinda creative, isn't it?)
