Need Information - Medical Spanish Program

Has anyone ever participated in one of those programs where you can go to Mexico, or some other Spanish-speaking country, and learn Spanish while working in a clinical setting? For example, the PACE program.

I'm considering it, but would like to talk to someone who actually did it?
