I think it's ridiculous for them to require you to wear makeup! It was just the opposite when I was in clinicals...we were warned NOT to wear too much makeup, could only have clear fingernail polish, etc.
I personally don't wear makeup, persay, but I do wear a little concealer under my eyes, some bronzer and mascara so that my patients won't think that some living dead zombie from the morgue is caring for them.
Do your instructors require you to wear full war paint? Or can you get away with some tinted moisturizer and mascara and clear lipgloss?
