Worried - ltc to hospital

Hey all
I need some advice... i started my career in healthcare some 15 years ago as a cna and then a cmt and finally a RN about 3 years ago....all in ltc now i am gettin a chance to learn hospital work.. its a small hospital in a town of 4000 ppl rural area they say they are gonna train me in med surg and ob and er.... its scary as hell any thing i need to know and anything anyone has to say? i was gettin a tad bit burned out in a NH......
